ガーデニングとお菓子作り・ダジャレを愛する英国紳士です
One similarity between British and Japanese culture is our love of making a line when waiting. When waiting for a bus, when waiting to buy movie tickets, when waiting at the post office, we line up.
In America, people usually say, "to line up" or "to stand in line". In Britain, we often say "to queue" or "to make a queue". "queue" looks like a strange word because of the spelling with lots of "u"s and "e"s, but it is easy to pronounce.
If students ask me how to pronounce it correctly, I tell them to imagine a line with 9 people standing in it.
Why 9 people? 9 is キュー The same as queue (キュー)
It suddenly got cold. (キューに寒くなりました!)

～次の文章は英語でどのように言えば良いでしょうか～

3.「食べた」は過去形なので、「あなたですか？」も英語では過去形にします。
4. 答えの主語は「僕」ではなく、「そのことをやったのは」なので、 "it" から始まれば良いです。
